                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM GEORGIA-CUMBERLAND
                   ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS,
                   RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL ROAD PROJECT,
                   TRACT NO. 33, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   THREE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,965.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Georgia-Cumberland Association of 

       Seventh-Day Adventists, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Project,
       Tract No. 33, for a total consideration of $3,965.00.
